Pre-TGS Spotlight: Zeal brings STORYAI to Tokyo Game Show 2025

Tokyo Game Show 2025 is fast approaching, and one exhibitor wants to make sure your next RPG cutscene emotionally calibrated.

Zeal Corporation, a member of the Avant Group, is bringing its AI-powered tool STORYAI to this year’s show. STORYAI analyzes the emotional beats of a story using machine learning and generative AI, giving creators a way to see how their narrative “feels” to an audience.

At Makuhari Messe from September 25 to 28, 2025, Zeal will be showing off a new feature that links STORYAI directly with game engines. Think of it as a feedback loop: a cutscene is visualized inside the engine, STORYAI processes the video data, then spits out an emotional analysis graph. The result? Developers can check if a supposedly “epic” moment is actually landing or if it needs more polish.

Zeal says this integration smooths out workflow between planners, scenario writers, and artists, cutting down on miscommunication and rework.

Alongside STORYAI, Zeal is demoing Dify, a no-code tool for project prototyping and app development. Visitors can expect hands-on demos and quick consults at their booth.

Tokyo Game Show 2025 runs September 25–28 at Makuhari Messe, with Business Days on the 25th–26th and Public Days on the 27th–28th.
