Acer’s latest gaming handheld, the Predator Atlas 7, made its debut at the company’s next@acer global press conference in Berlin, Germany, ahead of the Internationale Funkausstellung (IFA) 2026.

The new Windows 11 Home handheld has a 7-inch Full HD touchscreen and comes with either an Intel Arc G3 Extreme or Intel Arc G3 processor, paired with Intel Arc B390 or Intel Arc B370 graphics depending on configuration.

The Atlas 7 supports up to 24 GB of LPDDR5x memory and up to 1 TB of PCIe Gen4 NVMe storage. Its display has a 1,920 x 1,080 resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio, 120 Hz refresh rate and 500 nits of brightness. It also supports variable refresh rate (VRR), 10-point multitouch and uses Gorilla Glass Victus with a DXC surface treatment.

The handheld uses two fans, one Predator AeroBlade metal fan and one plastic fan, alongside Acer’s Vortex Flow system. It has a battery capacity of up to 80 Wh and weighs under 750 grams with the 80 Wh battery. The 60 Wh version weighs under 700 grams.

The Atlas 7 has two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a UHS-II microSD card reader supporting up to SD 4.0, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It supports Intel Killer Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.

The controls include A, B, X and Y buttons, a D-pad, bumpers, View and Menu buttons, macro buttons and full-size analog joysticks. The joysticks are available in Carbon Film or tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) configurations, while the L2 and R2 triggers use Hall-effect technology.

The handheld also has two 2-watt speakers, two onboard microphones, DTS Virtual Ultra, Hi-Res Audio and Acer PurifiedVoice. A fingerprint sensor is built into the power button for Windows Hello authentication.

Alongside the Atlas 7, Acer showed Project DualPlay Mini, an 8-inch concept that combines a gaming handheld with a compact laptop-style setup. The device can switch between handheld and mini-laptop modes and has a built-in backlit physical keyboard.

The DualPlay Mini remains a concept, with no commercial release announced.

The Predator Atlas 7 is scheduled to become available in North America in the fourth quarter of 2026 and in Europe, the Middle East and Africa in November. Acer has yet to announce pricing or availability for the Philippines.
