nubia Philippines has officially unveiled its latest budget-friendly gaming smartphones lineup, the Neo 3 Series, at a grand launch held on March 30, 2025, at SM City San Lazaro. Designed to bring high-performance gaming to a wider audience, the series includes three models: Neo 3 4G, Neo 3 5G, and Neo 3 GT 5G, offering impressive specs at an affordable price point.

The launch event featured hands-on demos, exciting activities, and the opportunity to be with nubia’s brand ambassadors: a meet-and-greet with the Kapuso actress, Jillian Ward, and a show match with the reigning Mobile Legends Bang Bang (MLBB) Champions, ONIC Philippines, drawing crowds of gaming enthusiasts and tech fans.

    Power Meets Affordability

With the event led by Gavin Lian, Country Manager of nubia Philippines and Liu Wenlong, Sales Director of ZTE Mobile Device, the Neo 3 Series aims to redefine budget gaming smartphones by offering premium features often found in high-end devices.

All three models boast a 6.8-inch FHD+ display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering ultra-smooth visuals for fast-paced games. Powered by Unisoc chipsets with octa-core processors, the devices ensure seamless gameplay with minimal lag, while the 6,000mAh battery with bypass charging allows up to 10 hours of continuous gaming.

The series also features dual gaming shoulder triggers, a highly efficient heat dissipation system, and AI Game Space 3.0, designed to enhance the gaming experience. The iconic cyber mecha design and RGB lighting, customizable up to five colors and dynamic effects, add to the futuristic touch, making it feel like a gaming PC in the palm of your hand.

    Meet-and-Greet & Esports Show match

Fans were treated to a special meet-and-greet with Jillian Ward, where five lucky raffle winners not only got to meet the actress but also took home a brand-new Neo 3 Series smartphone.

The excitement peaked when ONIC Philippines took the center stage for a live show match, putting the Neo Series 3 to the test. The team demonstrated the phone’s ultra-responsive controls and smooth performance, proving its capabilities in high-stakes gameplay. Five lucky attendees were also drawn from a separate raffle and were given the chance to battle against the MLBB Champions, experiencing the device’s power firsthand.

    Competitive Pricing and Availability

The nubia Neo 3 series officially hit the market on March 30, 2025.

The Neo 3 4G and Neo 3 5G are available in three colors: Titanium Gold, Cyber Silver, and Shadow Black.  Priced at ₱7,999, the Neo 3 4G comes with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, while Neo 3 5G offers 8GB RAM + 256 GB storage priced at ₱9,999, making it one of the most affordable 5G phones in the market.

Meanwhile, offered in Interstellar Gray and Electro Yellow, the Neo 3 GT 5G comes with 12GB RAM + 256GB storage for ₱12,999, truly designed for top gamers.

The phones are now available at nubia stores, Lazada, Shopee, and multibrand stores nationwide.

A New Era of Budget Gaming Smartphones

With its powerful gaming features, sleek design, and budget-friendly pricing, the Neo 3 series is set to redefine mobile gaming for casual and competitive gamers alike. Whether you’re climbing the ranks in MLBB or immersing yourself in fast-paced action games, the Neo 3 series is designed to take your gaming experience to the next level.
