GamiFries is the Switch 2 accessory you never knew you needed

Gamers, we’ve finally entered the golden age of snacks and consoles.

A fan-made 3D-printed mod called GamiFries has dropped on MakerWorld, and it’s gloriously unhinged in the best way. Billed as the world’s first fries holder for the Nintendo Switch 2, GamiFries is here to make sure your gaming sessions are fueled by carbs and chaos.

The concept is simple but brilliant: slap a McDonald’s fry box onto your Switch 2 via a magnetic mount and boom—you’ve just leveled up your snack game. Whether you’re in Controller Mode or Handheld + Controller Mode, GamiFries keeps your fries within arm’s (or thumb’s) reach. No more fumbling around mid-match or abandoning your post during a team push just to grab a soggy fry.

It’s functional, it’s free (yep, downloadable on MakerWorld), and it’s so ridiculous that we kind of want one in every flavor—er, filament.

    Snack without the sacrifice

Anyone who’s tried to game and snack knows the eternal struggle: greasy controllers, mistimed button presses, or worse, your sibling swiping your last fry while you’re busy clearing a boss room. GamiFries solves this with magnetic precision, literally attaching joy to your Joy-Con.

It’s peak snack-tech. No extra DLCs, just pure potato-powered innovation.

    Where to get it

GamiFries is available now for free on MakerWorld, complete with printing instructions and setup guides. All you need is access to a 3D printer and a deep love for multitasking.
