Pre-TGS Spotlight #2: Lootbound mixes dice rolls, danger, and dark fantasy

ArtDock Studio is bringing their dark and twisted tactical roguelike Lootbound to the Tokyo Game Show 2025 Indie Game Area (Booth 11-E25) this September 25–28 and it’s ready to tempt you with treasure… and maybe kill you for it.

In Lootbound, you’ll assemble a party of adventurers and descend into fog-shrouded dungeons where danger lurks in every corner. With procedurally generated maps, shifting bosses, and loot that can help or hurt, no two runs are ever the same.

“We built Lootbound to make every expedition feel like a story you tell later,” says the ArtDock team. “It’s about tension, temptation, and the thrill of risk. Every piece of loot you grab could be your salvation… or your downfall.”

Key features include deep RPG systems with dice-based mechanics, tactical turn-based combat, dynamic events and dialogue, and a shapeshifting final boss that adapts to your choices. Fans of strategy, roguelikes, and dark fantasy will feel right at home — if they make it out alive.

Catch Lootbound at TGS 2025 and see if your greed is stronger than your survival instincts.
