Fitness is often measured through numbers: running speed, repetitions, distance, or workout time. But staying healthy also means knowing when to slow down, recover, and choose activities that fit your body.

Samsung highlighted this approach through “Train Run Recover with Galaxy,” a wellness event for #TeamGalaxy members. Participants joined high-intensity interval training (HIIT), barre classes, and Run with Galaxy sessions while using the Galaxy Watch9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra2 to track their activity and health data.

TRAIN: Find the movement that works for you

People have different fitness goals and abilities. HIIT may help build strength and endurance, while lower-impact exercises such as barre can improve balance, flexibility, and core strength.

Through Samsung Health, the Galaxy Watch9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra2 provide information such as Fitness Index, Heart Health Score, and Daily Cardio Load. These features are designed to help users see how much activity they are doing and whether they may need to adjust their routine.

    RUN: Make every stride count

Running does not always have to mean breaking a personal record. For some people, it is simply a way to spend time outdoors and add more movement to the day.

The Galaxy Watch9 offers fitness tracking in a lighter device for everyday use. The Galaxy Watch Ultra2 is intended for more demanding outdoor activities, with Trail Run, GPS tracking, and a bright 5,000-nit display that makes information easier to read outdoors.

Both watches allow runners to review their activity and better understand how they move.

RECOVER: Because wellness does not stop when the workout is done

Rest, sleep, food, and recovery are also part of an active lifestyle. Without enough recovery, maintaining a regular fitness routine can become difficult.

The Galaxy watches extend tracking beyond exercise through features such as Vitals, Sleep Apnea insights, and Heart Health Score. These tools can give users a wider view of their daily wellness.

Through “Train Run Recover with Galaxy,” Samsung is promoting a simple message: Fitness is not only about doing more. It is also about understanding your body and giving it time to recover.
