The OPPO Reno11 Series gained a new addition to their powerful lineup of smartphones in the form of the OPPO Reno11 F 5G and the mobile phone brand prepared an entire weekend for select media to experience the new Reno11 F 5G and what it brings to the table.

Bloggers and media were treated to a weekend getaway in Tagaytay to experience firsthand what the Reno11 F 5G offers to consumers. The weekend getaway’s goal was to be one with nature to “draw inspiration from it” much like the inspiration that went into the new phone.

    Day 1 – Preziosa Farm

First place to visit on Day 1 of our OPPO weekend was Preziosa Farm in Alfonso Cavite. Lunch was served followed by an afternoon touring this calm area tucked away in Alfonso. The place was the perfect place to use the OPPO Reno11 series especially the Reno11 series’ 8MP Ultra-wide camera to get those stunning and larger-than-life photos of the various scenes in the farm.

We got the chance to take some nice action shots as well as soak in the calm scenery surrounding us as well as get a tour of place including a quick peek at the villas for guests who want to escape the chaos of the metro and just enjoy the soothing sounds of rural life. Not to mention the villas adhered to a Japanese-inspired theme.

Our quick farm tour also brought us face to face with some of the resident critters living in and being taken care of by the farm including sheep. Lots and lots of sheep that we were allowed to feed and pet a little bit.

Day 1 Interlude – Checking in at Taal Vista

After lunch, the group checked in at Tagaytay Taal Vista where we freshened up and took a break for a bit. For yours truly, that included a quick nap. We did gather again around 5PM to go to our next venue and next itinerary, dinner.

Day 1 – Dinner at Mrs Saldo

Dinner was reserved not only highlight the night mode for the OPPO Reno11 and OPPO Reno11 F 5G but also to spend time with the people who made OPPO the number 1 smartphone brand in the Philippines! The smiles and cheers during this dinner was definitely a strong sign of the tech community’s trust with the OPPO brand and it’s personnel. This was truly the best time to share a drink and delicious meals prepared by the wonderful staff of Mrs. Saldo in Silang, Cavite.

And in case you’re wondering, yes, the place is definitely worth the trip from Metro Manila because the food was sumptious and appetizing and there’s a myriad of drinks to choose from. And I can tell you their wine cellar is stacked.

And one cannot resist but take photos of the beautiful Ikigai House resting inside the Mrs. Saldo property.

Day 2 – Perlas ng Silang

Day 2 of our OPPO Weekend adventure with the Reno11 and Reno11 F 5G started in a colorful way as we were whisked away to check out the much-hyped Perlas ng Silang in, you guessed it, Silang, Cavite. The focus of the visit was to see what the place was all about as well as showcase the power of the Reno11 Series 50MP Sony LYT600 Sensor.

And the place was just brimming with so much flowers, you’ll enjoy taking photos with this incredible smartphone particularly when zooming in and out on such colorful subjects.

The phone really shines well when the subject has small details and that you can now better focus on the telephoto lens that utilizes a 32MP Sony IMX709 sensor.

    Day 2 – Papa Bolo

Lunch came quickly and the group went over to the stylish new brewery in Tagaytay called Papa Bolo where we sat down and tried almost everything in the menu from their famous Goto Bulalo to their own version of Crispy Pata called Pata Bolo to their leaf sliders.

And then for the fun part, the craft beers exclusively available to them which includes wild and interesting flavors and names like the “Bad Pony”, the “Pina Nina”, “Fruity Booty” and more. By the heavens I can tell you you’ll be looking for Chocolate Themed regularly once you get a sip of their beer products.

It’s also the perfect place to snap photos on the OPPO Reno11 Series because of the lighting and the unique architecture. The rooftop is also a great place to take those wide angle shots particularly on the side facing Skyranch.

    Day 2 – SM Dasmarinas

After a quick trip back to the hotel for some quick rest, off we went to drop by SM Dasmarinas to witness the launch of the OPPO Reno11 F 5G with the rest of the OPPO fans who were also eagerly waiting the arrival of one of OPPO’s top brand ambassadors, David Licauco.

The Kapuso star took the stage, performed and played a few games with fans who went crazy to see the “Kilig Expert”.  David was also onstage to talk about the features that makes the newest addition to the OPPO Reno11 series including an elegant design and dependable main and front camera.

Two of the promising things he mentioned during his time on stage was the phone’s large borderless 120Hz AMOLED screen which came in really handy during his recent trip abroad. He stated that he was happy with the phone’s color accuracy and brightness whether it’s indoors or outdoors.

Day 3 – Taza in Taal Vista Hotel

Before saying goodbye to majestic Tagaytay and the fancy Taal Vista Hotel, lunch was held at the fabulous Taza. We got to savor great food and even greater company and of course, we won’t let the opportunity to showcase once more the elegance of the OPPO Reno11 Series through these amazing food shots using the various Reno11 series smartphones.

David Licauco and Reno11 F 5G Rocks SM Dasmarinas

To usher in this new smartphone for OPPO’s Reno11 series, a special “Early Access Event” was held at SM City Dasmarinas which also saw OPPO’s Brand Ambassador and “Kilig Expert” David Licauco!

The event was held at the main atrium of SM City Dasmarinas and was also the platform for Licauco to talk about his experience using the new Reno11 Series F 5G showcasing the phone’s great camera which happens to be a powerful 64MP Ultra-Clear Triple Camera System and the borderless 120Hz AMOLED screen.

He also mentioned the phone’s nature-inspired designs which really sticks out in a sea of similar looking smartphones.

Lastly, the “Maria Clara and Ibarra” star swears to the long battery life of the new OPPO smartphone which comes with a 5,000 mAh battery. “Hindi ako namroblema sa pag-charge and I was able to use my phone the entire day and take lots of photos because the battery took a long time to drain.” And in case he does need to charge the phone, it charges faster than the regular smartphone thanks to the 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging to support the impressive battery.

During the event, David also performed for the audience who was there as early as 3pm just to see him live. The Kapuso actor also hosted and played along several games with the audience members and fans. To cap it all off, he did a special “Hi Bye” session with selected MyOPPO users and winners who gleefully took selfies with actor.

The OPPO Reno11 F 5G has a retail price of P18,999 and can be pre-ordered until March 22 to get some special freebies and perks. More information on the OPPO Reno11 F 5G is available on the official website at www.oppo.com.ph/
