DJI Philippines, a drone and camera technology company, unveiled the DJI Osmo Pocket 4 during a creator community event.

DJI introduces the Osmo Pocket 4 as a next-generation pocket gimbal camera built for creators who want high-end imaging but in a compact form. With built-in intelligent autofocus and multiple tracking modes, the company promises that capturing professional-looking content becomes effortless.

The evening started with a comprehensive Product Talk led by DJI Product Trainer Alvin Clacio, who provided an in-depth walkthrough of the DJI Osmo Pocket 4’s key features, along with a comparison with its predecessor, the DJI Osmo Pocket 3.

Alvin Clacio, product trainer at DJI, highlighted Osmo Pocket 4’s versatility in low-light conditions, attributing it to the 1-inch CMOS sensor and ability to capture 4K/240fps slow-mo or standard video.

He also pointed out that the Pocket 4 offers 14 stops of dynamic range, bringing out the darkest shadows and brightest lights in a single shot.

The Pocket 4’s f/2.0 aperture can be further enhanced with the attachable fill light, while the 3-Axis Stabilization ensures smooth handheld shooting, and ActiveTrack 7.0 keeps subjects centered.

    Specs:

    • Camera – 1-inch CMOS sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 20mm equivalent lens
    • Video – 4K up to 120fps (standard), slow motion up to 4K/240fps, and 10-bit D-Log
    • Stabilization – 3-Axis Mechanical Gimbal
    • Storage – 107GB internal storage with 800MB/s transfer speeds
    • Battery – 1545mAh battery with up to 240 minutes of recording

The fireside chat with content creator Ian Fuentes of Pinoy Metro Geek and Yugatech’s founder and editor in chief Abe Olandres, the Fireside Chat offered valuable insights into evolving content creation trends and the growing demand for portable yet powerful devices. Fuentes and Olandres agreed that innovations like the Osmo Pocket 4 are actively shaping the future of storytelling.

The launch also coincided with the global release of the DJI Lito Series, allowing attendees to witness two major product moments in one seamless experience.

Customers can purchase online via DJI Philippines’ official stores on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and the official DJI website at www.djiph.com. DJI products are also available in major shopping malls, including SM Aura, SM Pampanga, SM Dasmarinas, SM Seaside, SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall, SM North EDSA, SM City Palawan, One Ayala, and Abreeza Mall Davao.
