DJI Philippines, a drone and camera technology company, unveiled the DJI Osmo Pocket 4 during a creator community event.
DJI introduces the Osmo Pocket 4 as a next-generation pocket gimbal camera built for creators who want high-end imaging but in a compact form. With built-in intelligent autofocus and multiple tracking modes, the company promises that capturing professional-looking content becomes effortless.
The evening started with a comprehensive Product Talk led by DJI Product Trainer Alvin Clacio, who provided an in-depth walkthrough of the DJI Osmo Pocket 4’s key features, along with a comparison with its predecessor, the DJI Osmo Pocket 3.
Alvin Clacio, product trainer at DJI, highlighted Osmo Pocket 4’s versatility in low-light conditions, attributing it to the 1-inch CMOS sensor and ability to capture 4K/240fps slow-mo or standard video.
He also pointed out that the Pocket 4 offers 14 stops of dynamic range, bringing out the darkest shadows and brightest lights in a single shot.
The Pocket 4’s f/2.0 aperture can be further enhanced with the attachable fill light, while the 3-Axis Stabilization ensures smooth handheld shooting, and ActiveTrack 7.0 keeps subjects centered.
