    Official Statement: Clarification on Manny Pay Licensing Status

    OFFICIAL STATEMENT
    Re: Clarification on Manny Pay Licensing Status

    Manny Pay acknowledges the clarification made by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regarding our current licensing status.

    We would like to clarify that the license application of Manny Pay is still pending. At present, Manny Pay is in active coordination with the BSP and, in compliance with its rules and regulations, Manny Pay is still under the process of completing its application for a license as Operator of Payment System (OPS).

    We thank the BSP for its guidance and reiterate our full commitment to comply with all existing laws, rules, and regulations governing payment systems and financial technology services in the Philippines.

    Manny Pay continues to focus on building a secure, transparent, and reliable digital payment platform that upholds public trust and supports financial inclusion for all Filipinos.

    For verified updates, please refer only to our official channels or future announcements released in coordination with the BSP.
