HPE Networking partners with NettDriven Corp to bring Instant ON to SMB market

MANILA – HPE Networking has appointed NettDriven Corp as its e-Commerce Partner and Master Dealer specifically to tap small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) for the HPE Instant ON networking solution.

HPE Networking’s Instant ON is a cost-effective, and easy-to-use networking solution for small- and medium-sized businesses. Instant ON offers a plug-and-play setup requiring minimal IT expertise, making it an ideal solution for small business owners who have no dedicated IT staff. Additionally, Instant ON is cost effective, and offers scalability to grow and adapt to the business.

The agreement expands NettDriven’s wide array of ICT solutions in software, hardware and services, and broadens the company’s network infrastructure solutions.

In a recent signing ceremony, HPE Networking Country Manager Edgie Ventanilla said, “Businesses are going through digitalization, that’s why infrastructure is really important. The challenge is that if the small- and medium-sized businesses will continue to suffer because of the cost, the adoption of digitalization is going to be much slower.”

“Given the deep portfolio that we have, HPE is known to be playing in the big leagues only, the large enterprise,” Ventanilla explained. “But honestly, we have this very robust and affordable product called Instant ON that can cover the small- and medium-sized businesses.”

He said the company chose NettDriven Corp. because of its expertise, experience and niche market. “We chose to partner with NettDriven because most of their people know the business, and the company has been in the industry for quite some time. They have a captured market already – which is the BPO industry. The BPO space is a unique market for the Philippines, and it’s seldom that you’ll find a partner that is really focusing on this segment. This is untapped area for us, that’s why we chose Nettdriven.”

The agreement is part of HPE Networking’s E-Commerce Program. Companies and even individuals in the Philippines can now avail of select Instant ON solutions for their networking infrastructure needs.

“This agreement allows NettDriven to offer select SKUs (stock-keeping units) of Instant ON Access Points (AP) and PoE (Power over Ethernet) Switches. These select SKUs are now available on-stock to ensure that there is no waiting time for the customer,” said Josel Dilig, NettDriven Corp. Vice President for Sales.

Because of this agreement, these Instant ON solutions can only be purchased from NettDriven, Dilig added. Customers can just go to the HPE Networking Website, NettDriven Website, and other partner Websites, which will direct these customers to NettDriven for immediate servicing.

Ventanilla added that another strategic advantage for choosing to partner with NettDriven is the latter’s presence in the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga. “There are several locators in Clark which for us is untapped. NettDriven is already there doing business, so they can now add Instant ON as part of their portfolio.”
