QuadX, a homegrown digital logistics and e-commerce innovator, has officially become the first e-commerce platform in the Philippines to be awarded the Department of Trade and Industry’s (DTI) E-Commerce Philippine Trustmark Certificate, issued on 12 August 2025.
This recognition positions QuadX at the forefront of the country’s efforts to strengthen consumer trust and safeguard online transactions under the Internet Transactions Act (Republic Act No. 11967). The DTI’s E-Commerce Philippine Trustmark, launched on 7 July 2025, is the government’s official seal of credibility for platforms, merchants, and payment providers that adhere to the highest standards of safety, transparency, and accountability.
“As a proudly Filipino company, we are honored to be the first recipient of the Trustmark Certificate,” said Raffy Vicente, President and COO of QuadX. “This milestone validates our mission to create safer, more reliable digital commerce experiences for both sellers and buyers, and it inspires us to continue empowering entrepreneurs nationwide.”
DTI Secretary Ma. Cristina Aldeguer Roque welcomed QuadX as the pioneer recipient of the Trustmark. “The issuance of the very first Trustmark to QuadX demonstrates our commitment to protecting Filipino consumers while supporting legitimate online platforms and merchants. QuadX has been a consistent partner of the Department, working with the E-Commerce Bureau since the pandemic to promote the growth of the e-commerce industry. The Trustmark assures the public that the businesses they transact with are compliant with fair trade practices, properly registered, and accountable under the law. By working with companies like QuadX, we are strengthening trust and confidence in the Philippine digital economy,” said DTI Secretary Roque.
QuadX, the company behind GoGo Xpress, has long been a champion of Filipino micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Since its inception in 2019, QuadX has supported more than 329,000 online merchants, with 22,000 active to date, including 3,500 new entrepreneurs this year. GoGo Xpress provides accessible tools, transparent services, and reliable nationwide delivery that enable MSMEs to thrive in the digital marketplace.
Through initiatives such as its BOSSes ng Bayan campaign, GoGo Xpress has also celebrated and amplified the stories of everyday Filipino entrepreneurs, from small online sellers to emerging digital retailers, spotlighting their creativity while fueling the growth of local e-commerce.
As the pioneer Trustmark recipient, QuadX sets the benchmark for trusted e-commerce in the Philippines. With the Trustmark seal now part of its ecosystem, the company is committed to advancing consumer protection through education campaigns for online sellers, continuous innovation to enhance transparency and accountability, and deeper collaboration with government and industry partners to build a safer and more inclusive digital economy.
“The Trustmark is more than just a seal. It’s a commitment to protect Filipino consumers and strengthen their confidence in online shopping. For QuadX, this is only the beginning. We’re focused on driving innovations that will make e-commerce in the Philippines more transparent, reliable, and customer-first.”
