Converge ICT Solutions Inc. has introduced an internet bundle that combines fiber connectivity, TikTok Shop benefits and personal accident insurance for online sellers and home-based businesses.
The SellerPlus program, introduced with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and TikTok Shop on Sept. 29 in Makati City, targets micro, small and medium enterprises, livestreamers and content creators.
The bundle includes a 200 Mbps fiber internet connection and personal accident insurance from AXA. Converge said it also provides TikTok Shop benefits intended to help merchants reach customers and sell through the platform.
Converge said the program aims to address connectivity and other operational challenges encountered by digital merchants, including those selling food, fashion and apparel.
Beyond the bundle, the initiative includes access to business guidance through the BizPro Rockstar Mentorship Program within BizFriend PH, a Facebook community for entrepreneurs.
The mentorship program covers tax compliance, partnership law, product and digital marketing, business communication and business growth. The announcement did not explain how sellers could access individual mentors.
SellerPlus also supports the DTI Bagong Pilipinas AI and Scale-Up Center at the department’s Makati headquarters, where entrepreneurs can explore digital tools for their businesses.
The center offers free co-working stations, meeting pods, pitching areas, accelerator training rooms and hands-on digital skills workshops, according to the announcement.
Converge provides connectivity for the facility’s physical and virtual operations, including demonstrations of AI tools for generating content, responding to customer inquiries and managing inventory.
The company said the combined initiative seeks to help small businesses adopt e-commerce through connectivity, selling tools and mentorship. Further details on pricing and access would allow prospective subscribers to assess the bundle against their business needs.
