Oppo is pushing to reduce one of the most noticeable trade-offs in foldable smartphones with the launch of the Find N6, which introduces a redesigned display and hinge system aimed at minimizing the screen crease.

In its media release post, the company detailed its “Zero-Feel Crease” approach, which focuses on reducing both the visibility and physical depth of the fold line rather than eliminating it entirely. The crease remains present, but Oppo said it is less noticeable during typical use.
The Find N6 features a titanium-based Flexion hinge designed to better distribute stress across the display. Oppo said this works with a 3D liquid printing process that fills microscopic gaps in the folding area to reduce surface unevenness. It also uses a thicker ultra-thin glass layer called “Auto-Smoothing Flex Glass,” engineered to resist deformation and return to a flatter state after repeated use.
Oppo said these changes significantly reduce crease depth compared to previous models.
The Oppo Find N6device is set for a global launch today, March 17, with the event taking place at Oppo’s Binhai Bay Campus in China, alongside a broader rollout in select markets. The Find N6 will be available in two color options: Stellar Titanium and Blossom Orange. Details on Philippine release and pricing have yet to be announced.
