Microsoft’ showcased a range of upcoming titles during the Xbox Partner Preview March 2026, highlighting new game announcements, trailers, and updates from partner studios.
The showcase featured a mix of narrative-driven games, action titles, and indie projects with several releases confirmed for Xbox Game Pass, including day-one availability for select titles.
“Stranger Than Heaven,” a new project from Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, known for the Like a Dragon series, is included in the announced titles.
The trailer introduced a multi-era setting, with scenes suggesting a story that spans different locations and time periods. Gameplay elements shown include exploration and character-driven interactions.
Also featured is “The Expanse: Osiris Reborn,” a role-playing game set in The Expanse universe. The game is presented as a story-focused experience, with cinematic sequences and dialogue-driven progression.
“S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl” made an appearance during the event, offering another look at its post-apocalyptic setting and first-person gameplay ahead of its planned release.
Other titles introduced or featured during the showcase include “Armatus, The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu,” “Crowsworn, Echo Generation 2,” and “Vampire Crawlers.” These titles span a range of styles, from action-oriented gameplay to narrative and exploration-focused experiences.
The showcase also highlighted smaller and indie-developed games such as Frog Sqwad, reflecting a continued focus on diverse game offerings from partner studios.
The event also featured “007: First Light,” a game based on the James Bond franchise. It was released on March 27.
Most of the games shown during the showcase are expected to launch on Xbox Series X|S and PC, with some titles also planned for release on additional platforms.
Microsoft did not announce a single flagship title during the event, instead presenting a lineup composed of multiple projects from partner developers. Additional information, including specific release dates and platform availability for some titles, is expected to be announced in the coming months.
