The M7 World Championship transformed Jakarta into the center of the “Mobile Legends: Bang Bang” universe in January 2026, as elite teams battled for the title and fans from across the globe filled the arena.

GCash placed Filipino supporters at the heart of the action. Through a promo with Visa, selected users traveled to Indonesia from Jan. 23 to 25 for an all-access tournament experience. Winners received premium seats, curated activities, and exclusive opportunities that brought them closer to the matches and the players.

The event delivered a defining moment for the Philippines. Aurora Gaming PH captured the M7 crown, completing a repeat championship run and extending the country’s dominance to six consecutive world titles. The win resonated beyond Jakarta, triggering celebrations among Filipino fans who followed the games from home.

Inside the venue, GCash mounted an interactive booth where attendees joined activities, won merchandise, and explored the features of the GCash Card. Fans availed themselves of the card with a ₱50 discount and received 25 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Diamonds, linking digital payments directly to in-game rewards.

GCash also activated parallel watch parties across key Philippine cities to widen access to the tournament atmosphere. Gatherings at SM Mall of Asia, Ayala Malls Cebu, and Ayala Malls Atria Iloilo drew crowds who cheered for Aurora Gaming PH and Team Liquid Philippines. The events combined live match screenings with games and on-ground engagement led by GCash and Visa.

Beyond tournament week, GCash used its financial tools as part of everyday gaming. The GCash Card supports international online and in-store purchases with low foreign exchange rates and zero service fees. Users can also pay via QR codes in physical stores, complete secure website checkouts, use GGives for installment plans with zero downpayment, and top up load or in-game credits in real time.

Through its presence in Jakarta and across local watch venues, GCash integrated payments, rewards, and community engagement into one connected esports experience.
