Hey there! So, let me tell you about something pretty exciting that’s happening right now, especially if you’re into gadgets, or maybe you’re just looking for a solid deal as school kicks off again. Canon Philippines is rolling out some really cool stuff, and I think it’s worth chatting about.

First up, Canon’s been around for ages, right? They’re one of the go-to brand when you think of cameras or printers, especially here in the Philippines.

(I personally use a Canon PIXMA printer, and the Canon EOS M10 Mirrorless Camera.)

Well, they’re back at it again, making sure they’re top of mind as students and parents gear up for the school year. They’ve launched a back-to-school campaign that’s not just about selling printers; it’s about adding real value to what you’re buying.

The Star of the Show – Canon PIXMA G Series

Now, let’s talk printers. I know, I know – it’s not the most glamorous topic, but the Canon PIXMA G Series has some features that’ll make you want to pay attention.

These printers are all about making life easier for students, teachers, and even parents who are tired of running out of ink at the worst possible moment. You know the drill – it’s the night before a big deadline, and the printer decides to quit on you. Canon’s G Series tackles this with its MegaTank technology, which means fewer ink refills and more time focusing on what really matters – like binge-watching your favorite shows or, you know, studying.

Canon’s Sweet Deals – More Bang for Your Buck

Canon’s throwing in some perks with their back-to-school promo. If you grab one of these PIXMA G printers (or any of the GM and GX models) before September 30, 2024, you can snag 1,000 Canon Delightful points. Now, I wasn’t sure what that meant at first, but it turns out, those points translate directly into pesos that you can spend with over 450 partner merchants through the Canon PH Delightful App. That’s right – buy a printer, get rewarded, and then maybe treat yourself to something nice.

To make the deal even better, Canon’s got this app where you can easily register your purchase, upload a school ID, and start racking up those points. It’s super straightforward, which is a relief because, let’s face it, who has time for complicated promos?

Canon on Campus – The PIXMA Campus Tour

If you’re wondering what else Canon’s up to, they’re taking their show on the road. The PIXMA Campus Tour kicks off on August 29 at Adamson University and will be making its way to other universities until early October.

It’s not just a showcase – you’ll actually get to try out the PIXMA printers and see what all the fuss is about. Plus, there are other events lined up, like the Gensan Toy Exhibit at SM City General Santos and the Abenson Appliance Fest Caravan at Ayala Malls Cloverleaf. So, if you’re in the area, it might be worth checking out!

Members of the media and Canon Marketing (Philippines), Inc. employees joined the Ready, Set, Print event at Grand Hyatt Manila, Bonifacio Global City.

    Wrapping It Up

So, whether you’re in the market for a new printer or just curious about what Canon is up to, this back-to-school season is the perfect time to get in on the action. The PIXMA G Series is definitely worth a look, especially with all the extras Canon’s throwing in. And hey, who knows? Maybe you’ll even score some points that’ll make your school year a little brighter – or at least more organized.

If you want to keep tabs on what Canon’s doing or learn more about the PIXMA line, you can always hit up their social media pages or visit their website. Happy shopping, and here’s to a school year filled with less stress and more awesome prints!
