    How to Upgrade

    1. Download the GlobeOne App: Visit glbe.co/NewGlobeONE to download.
    2. Check Compatibility: Use the eSIM-compatibility check feature to ensure your device is ready.
    3. Upgrade Process: Go to SIM Hub > Change SIM > eSIM in the app and follow the on-screen instructions.
    4. Install eSIM: Scan the QR code sent to your email to complete the installation.
