The IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) has recognized the best in the IT and Business Process Management sector with the Solaia 2025 awards held in Shangri-La the Fort in BGC on June 11. IBPAP presented its second annual Solaia, spotlighting organizations and individuals driving significant growth in the nation’s rapidly evolving IT-BPM industry.

The ceremony honored those pushing boundaries in talent development, regional expansion, technological innovation, sustainability initiatives, and digital transformation. In his speech at the event, IBPAP President and CEO Jack Madrid said, “The Solaia Awards celebrate meaningful progress—not just operational excellence, but bold ideas and inclusive leadership that are creating tangible opportunities for Filipinos.” He also added that “This year’s honorees are proof that the future of the industry is in very capable hands”.

The IT-BPM industry has generated over $38 billion in export revenue and has employed 1.82 million Filipinos. For 2025, IBPAP has forecasted an increase in revenue to $40 billion and full-time employment of 1.9 million.
