After recently announcing that it is consolidating its website with Xiaomi in most global markets (except India), POCO teased the new X7 Series announcement happening this January 9 2025 at 8:00PM. They also announced a special edition of the X7 Pro “Iron Man” Edition set to be unveiled on the same day.

The X7 Series boasts a Sony IMX882 sensor that promises better optics as well as optical and electronic image stabilization.

The X7 Pro is a much awaited flagship device that has been confirmed to run a powerful Dimensity 8400 Ultra SoC. Like all collaborations, we’re expecting custom themes and an Iron Man inspired colorway. The X7 Pro will also be running Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 which was on a global beta test late last year. The new OS is a refreshing take on the UI (it’s cleaner and faster!) and adds some other interesting AI features such as AI generated walllpapers and text. This brings Xiaomi up to date with many of the flagship AI features we see in other brands like OPPO and Samsung.
