College and university students in the Philippines can use Google AI Plus for free for one year under a new offer to help them manage lessons, exams, research papers, and school deadlines.
The plan gives eligible students access to Google’s artificial intelligence (AI) tools without subscription charges during the 12-month promotional period. Students must verify that they are enrolled at a qualified Philippine college or university.
One of the main tools included in the plan is Study Notebooks. Students can upload their class materials, such as course outlines, presentation slides, and reading materials. Gemini can then use those files to prepare a step-by-step study plan.
The tool can also create study guides and practice tests based on the materials provided. It can track a student’s progress and add exam dates, project deadlines, and other school requirements to Google Calendar.
This could help students who are handling several subjects and struggling to organize large amounts of information. Instead of reviewing every document from the beginning, they can use the tool to break lessons into smaller and easier-to-follow parts.
Google AI Plus also includes access to the company’s Gemini Omni model. Students can use interactive 3D images to better understand difficult topics and Gemini Live to discuss lessons with the AI through a conversational format.
A personalized Daily Brief provides a morning summary of priorities, helping students see which lessons, deadlines, or projects may need their attention.
The plan comes with 400 GB of online storage shared across Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos. The additional space can be used for school files, research papers, presentations, photos, and other large projects during the subscription period.
To claim the offer, students can visit Google’s student hub through a web browser or use the Gemini app. They must sign in with a Google account, verify their active enrollment, and add a valid payment method.
Google said students will not be charged during the free one-year period and can cancel the subscription at any time. Eligible students in the Philippines can claim the offer until Dec. 31, 2026.
