Stable internet, wider coverage, and more value for money are taking center stage as Globe shifts its focus from pure speed to consistent, reliable connectivity that supports daily life.

At its quarterly event, The Blueprint, the telecommunications company showcased its innovations that aim to strengthen how Filipinos live and work by treating internet services as a non-negotiable lifeline.

“Connectivity today is a lifeline and we want to ensure every Filipino, whether in bustling cities or the most remote barangays, has access to reliable and consistent digital services,” said Darius Delgado, CCO of Globe.

Among the highlights was Globe’s partnership with Starlink’s Direct-to-Cell satellite technology. They announced that they are planning to expand and test the service across additional locations and operational scenarios following their successful live pilot.

Starlink’s Direct-to-Cell technology enables low-orbit satellites to act as cell towers in space, providing 4G LTE smartphones to connect directly to their dishes. Off-grid areas can connect directly to satellites, enhancing connectivity for homes elsewhere.

Beyond network innovations, Globe highlighted its initiatives in business, customer, and community engagement.

Globe Business and Globe At Home are expanding their fiber and broadband services to deliver enterprise solutions powered by artificial intelligence (AI) through the country’s first fully managed, enterprise-grade data streaming platform, and At Home’s intelligent utility, guaranteed to deliver a “Digital Peace of Mind” for homes.

TM, Globe’s value brand, is celebrating its 25th anniversary, continuing its affordable deals for the mass market, students, and lower-income groups. For frequent travelers, GPlan Platinum users can claim their rewards through Philippine Airlines’ Mabuhay Miles promo.

GoGIVE, GlobeOne’s in-app relief efforts, has also generated over 4 billion hearts and over PHP 840 million. The company partnered with non-governmental organizations Ayala Foundation, Rise Against Hunger Philippines, Pawssion Project, and the Philippine Eagle Foundation as their beneficiaries.
