First, an iPad mini. Then, two new Macs. Apple has been keeping the hardware announcements coming this week, with three devices unveiled so far.
If you’re trying to keep up, here’s the rundown.
1. The iPad mini gets an OLED upgrade

Apple’s smallest tablet now has a larger 8.5-inch OLED display and an A20 Pro chip, packed into a thinner 5.4 mm body. It also gains IP67 water and dust resistance. The new iPad mini was announced on October 26.
2. The 14-inch MacBook Pro moves to M6

A day later, Apple announced a new 14-inch MacBook Pro powered by M6. It brings a 12-core CPU and 12-core GPU, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.
Apple claims up to 24 hours of battery life.
q3. The iMac joins the M6 lineup

Announced alongside the MacBook Pro on October 27, the new iMac brings M6, enhanced connectivity and updated AI capabilities, with seven colors to choose from.
Three hardware announcements, and it’s only Wednesday. With rumors of touchscreen MacBook Pros making the rounds, could Apple be saving another reveal for this week?
Apple had software updates, too
Alongside the new devices, Apple announced updates to Apple Creator Studio on October 27. Final Cut Pro for Mac gains built-in MotionVFX effects, transitions and templates, while Logic Pro gets an AI assistant in beta and expanded music creation tools. Keynote, Pages and Numbers also receive new AI features.
Siri AI, meanwhile, added French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish support with the October 26 software updates. It remains in beta and requires an Apple Intelligence-compatible device. More languages are due by year-end, though Filipino isn’t among the announced additions.a
