Lingaro Group CEO Sam Mantle visited the Philippines on October 12 to outline the company’s future plans. The visit coincided with the company’s 10th anniversary of Lingaro Philippines, providing an opportunity for Country Head Eric Magdato to discuss the company’s achievements over the past decade. As an end-to-end data services partner, Lingaro works with global brands and enterprises, including several Fortune 500 companies. In an increasingly digital Philippines, Lingaro stands as an industry and thought leader, poised to guide both local and global entities through digital transformation and all things data.

During his visit, Sam Mantle discussed how Lingaro has thrived despite recent challenges. “2021 and 2022 were pivotal for us. We expanded globally and acquired over 20 new clients,” Mantle said. He emphasized that Lingaro’s commitment to understanding its clients’ industries was key to these achievements. “We have always been driven by a strong sense of purpose — to deliver innovative and award-winning solutions to our global partners,” Mantle added.

This commitment is evident in Lingaro Philippines, which has consistently achieved significant milestones. Recognized as an outstanding organization by both clients and employees, Lingaro Philippines has been certified by the Great Place to Work® initiative for two consecutive years (December 2022, December 2023). “Proper client service begins internally. We prioritize the well-being of our employees, making it easier for us to embrace challenges and adapt to change,” said Magdato.

Looking ahead, Sam Mantle is optimistic about Lingaro’s global prospects. “We have several new initiatives and projects in the pipeline, including a focus on sustainability in alignment with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals,” he revealed. Under the leadership of managers like Eric Magdato, Lingaro Philippines is committed to maintaining its high standards of client service and employee care. With new developments on the horizon and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Lingaro Group is poised for continued growth.

Eric Magdato credits having the best combination of human resources and world-class offerings that made their 10th year of successful operations in the country possible.

Leveraging the full potential of data has become Lingaro’s business differentiator. Lingaro’s clients span industry-leading companies across the consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, luxury, and life sciences sectors. Lingaro’s capabilities and services empower these consumer-focused
companies to optimize their performance in this data-driven world.

Under Mantle’s leadership and with an encompassing commitment to provide innovative solutions wherever they are needed, Lingaro continues to be a trailblazer of all things data.
