Epson Southeast Asia is calling for entries to the 17th Epson International Pano Awards 2026, the world’s largest competition dedicated to panoramic photography, continuing its long-running partnership with The Pano Awards as a major sponsor.
Entries are now open, with early-bird submissions accepted until June 22, 2026 and final entries due by July 13, 2026. The competition is open to professional and amateur photographers worldwide, requiring a minimum 2:1 aspect ratio in either landscape or portrait format.
“The Epson International Pano Awards give photographers a rare opportunity to stand alongside the world’s best on a global platform,” said Hattori Tai, regional director, Commercial Products & Industrial Inkjet, Epson Southeast Asia. “By supporting the awards, Epson Southeast Asia helps photographers in the region gain recognition while providing print technology for the final exhibition.”
This year introduces a new Aerial category in both the Open and Amateur divisions, showing the popularity of drone-based panoramic photography. It also features Nature and Landscape, Built Environment and Architecture, and VR/360 categories. The prize pool exceeds $50,000, including $15,000 in cash, while the Open winner receives a package worth more than$11,000 in cash and products.
Since 2010, the Epson International Pano Awards has grown into a global benchmark for panoramic photography, drawing more than 3,000 entries from 95 countries in 2025, with increasing participation from Asia and Southeast Asia.
“Entering five or more images during the early-bird period gives participants a 20% discount and a chance to win the $1,000 curator’s award,” said David Evans, curator of The Epson International Pano Awards.
