Samsung has officially introduced its latest foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Z Fold7, Galaxy Z Flip7, and the first-ever Galaxy Z Flip7 FE.

These devices mark another step forward in Samsung’s foldables journey, combining thinner designs, upgraded internals and new intelligent features aimed at enhancing daily mobile experiences.

    The Fold, refined

The Galaxy Z Fold7 is Samsung’s thinnest and lightest Fold device yet, measuring just 8.9mm when closed and only 4.2mm when unfolded.

Leading the Galaxy Z Fold7’s upgrades is its groundbreaking 200MP wide-angle camera, the first of its kind in the Galaxy Z lineup. It delivers an impressive jump in clarity and brightness, packing four times the detail and producing images that are noticeably more vivid, even in low light.

Whether you’re capturing fleeting street scenes or candlelit dinners, AI-driven enhancements fine-tune lighting and realism on the fly, so every shot feels effortlessly polished.

On the inner display, a 10MP ultra-wide camera offers a sweeping 100° field of view, ideal for group selfies or capturing more of your surroundings when the device is unfolded.

Backing this advanced camera system is Samsung’s next-gen ProVisual Engine, which accelerates image processing for sharper photos and richer video. Night Video now intelligently isolates moving subjects from static backgrounds, dialing down visual noise for cleaner footage.

Thanks to 10-bit HDR, video content benefits from deeper colors, stronger contrast, and a more lifelike finish, regardless of the lighting conditions.

It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and is powered by a 4,400mAh battery that supports up to 31 hours of video playback.

In the Philippines, the Galaxy Z Fold7 is available in three configurations:

    • 16GB RAM + 1TB storage – ₱141,990

    • 12GB RAM + 512GB – ₱120,990

    • 12GB RAM + 256GB – ₱112,990

Smarter flips, now with more choices

This year, users can take better selfies straight from the Galaxy Z Flip7’s 4.1-inch Super AMOLED FlexWindow, no need to unfold. Samsung has made the its outer display bigger, stretched to its edges, for users to do more with the cover screen.

Moreover,  the Galaxy Z Flip7 keeps its signature clamshell design, now refined to just 6.5mm thick unfolded, but sharpens the experience with smarter photography tools built around FlexCam.

A new Zoom Slider makes it easy to frame the shot with a quick swipe, whether you’re capturing a full outfit or squeezing more friends into a group photo. Real-Time Filters let you preview effects before hitting the shutter, helping you nail the vibe without extra edits.

Combined with its 50MP wide and 12MP ultra-wide cameras, the Galaxy Z Flip7 offers hands-free versatility and smarter composition right from your palm. making it easier than ever to get creative angles and polished results in the moment.

The Galaxy Z Flip7 is powered by Exynos2500 and supports the Galaxy AI experience, which brings together a suite of intelligent tools designed to make everyday tasks more seamless.

Among these features is Gemini Live, a real-time voice assistant designed to feel more natural and intuitive.

During the demo, we watched someone ask it a simple but relatable question: “What can I add to my outfit to take it to the next level?” Gemini responded instantly with styling suggestions based on the occasion and time of day. It wasn’t just functional, it felt like having a low-effort personal stylist on standby.

Audio Eraser was equally impressive. We saw it clean up a noisy video clip in real time, removing background chatter and clinking glasses while keeping the speaker’s voice crystal clear.

The difference was night and day. For anyone filming on the fly, that kind of clarity without post-editing is a quiet but powerful upgrade. Philippine pricing for the Flip 7 is set at:

    • 12GB RAM + 512GB – ₱78,990

    • 12GB RAM + 256GB – ₱70,990

For users who want to explore foldables at a more accessible price, Samsung is offering the Galaxy Z Flip7 FE, the first Fan Edition model in the Galaxy Z Series.

It delivers the same core foldable experience with slightly toned-down specs, including 8GB of RAM and two storage options. Philippine prices are as follows:

    • 8GB RAM + 256GB – ₱60,990

    • 8GB RAM + 128GB – ₱56,990
