KUALA LUMPUR – HUAWEI has expanded its premium consumer device lineup with the introduction of the HUAWEI Pura 90s Series smartphones and the HUAWEI FreeClip 2 S earbuds, highlighting new artificial intelligence (AI) features alongside upgrades in mobile photography, audio, and industrial design.
First in the lineup is its new smartphone, the HUAWEI Pura 90s Pro Max, which is equipped with a 200-megapixel telephoto camera designed for long-range photography and video capture.
The camera is paired with chip-level RAW image processing technology that enables higher-resolution telephoto images and supports up to 20x telephoto video recording.
The device also features a 1/1.28-inch RYYB sensor and upgraded image stabilization designed to improve performance in low-light and handheld shooting scenarios.

The HUAWEI Pura 90s Pro supports macro shots from as close as five centimeters, while the updated True-to-Colour Camera system is designed to produce more accurate colors and a wider color gamut than its predecessor.
The HUAWEI Pura 90s Series includes AI-assisted photography features that provide composition suggestions, remove reflections from glass surfaces and allow users to move or duplicate objects within photos while automatically reconstructing the background.
The devices also come with an updated version of HUAWEI’s Celia assistant, which supports voice commands, content drafting and travel-related functions such as navigation and local search.
The Pura 90s Pro Max also introduces a dual-tone metal mid-frame on one color variant, while the smartphones feature batteries of up to 6,000mAh with wired fast charging support of up to 100W on the Pro Max model.

HUAWEI FreeClip 2 S
Accompanying the smartphones is the HUAWEI FreeClip 2 S, the company’s latest open-ear wireless earbuds.
Building on the previous FreeClip design, the new model incorporates AI-powered adaptive volume adjustment that responds to surrounding noise levels, as well as voice enhancement technology intended to improve call quality and spoken audio.
A dual-diaphragm driver has also been added to deliver clearer vocals and more detailed sound reproduction.
The earbuds retain their clip-on open-ear design and weigh 5.1 grams each. HUAWEI has also redesigned the charging case, increasing its usable storage space while maintaining a compact size.
In addition to housing the earbuds, the case can accommodate small accessories such as earrings, reflecting the company’s continued emphasis on design alongside functionality.
The FreeClip 2 S will be available in Deepsea Blue and Space Silver.
