Great Place To Work has named Capital One Philippines the 6th best workplace in the Philippines Best Workplaces in Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) 2025 rankings. The distinction places the company among the top 30 organizations recognized for fostering high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures.
Capital One Philippines improved its standing from last year’s 8th position, marking the second consecutive year the company has earned this industry recognition. The announcement took place at the Solaia Awards at Shangri-La The Fort in Taguig City, during the IT-BPM sector’s flagship recognition ceremony. The Solaia Awards, now in its second year, honors companies driving innovation and transformation across the industry.
“This recognition reflects our commitment to putting people first,” said Raoul Teh, Head of Country for Capital One Philippines. “We consistently invest in our associates’ professional development and personal well-being, creating conditions where they can flourish. Earning this distinction for two consecutive years validates our approach to building a workplace where every team member feels valued, heard, and empowered.”
The company, which provides support services for Capital One’s US and Canada Card operations, Commercial and Retail Bank, also achieved Great Place To Work certification and secured 4th place on the broader Best Workplaces in the Philippines list for 2025.
