Don’t want to leave home to get your mobile phone serviced? Well, now you don’t need to! If you own a Galaxy device and reside within NCR, you will be able to book a door-to-door Pick-up Service, wherein a service partner will pick up your device at your preferred schedule and address, repair it at the authorized service center, and have it delivered back to you once repair has been complete. 

  1. The Galaxy Tech Van

If you don’t live in the NCR, Samsung still has your back with the Galaxy TechVan, a first in the industry mobile service center that tours nationwide to offer repair services for your Galaxy devices and select home appliances. 

The Galaxy TechVan has already been to cities like Pangasinan in Luzon, Naga City and Bacolod in Visayas, and in General Santos City and Davao Province in Mindanao.

Samsung’s Galaxy TechVan boasts state-of-the-art mobile repair equipment that redefines the future of phone repair. It can handle basic to complex repair services for Galaxy smartphones, tablets, and accessories. Not only that, the Galaxy TechVan also offers a 30% discount on parts, and a host of free services such as labor, cleaning, software upgrade, and optimizations.

  1. Proactive Care

Going beyond just repair, Samsung is also looking for ways to help extend the life of your appliances. One way is through services like Proactive Care, which includes check-up and cleaning of air conditioner units with the help of Samsung Authorized Service Centers nationwide. The proactive service automatically notifies you to schedule check-up and cleaning of your air conditioner so you can better maintain your AC, hassle-free.

  1. Remote Service & Visual Support

There are many ways to get in touch with Samsung’s Customer Service Representatives at the comfort of your own home such as their 24/7 Hotline and Live Chat for mobile devices and even Visual Support so you can also show them the problem with your home appliance. 

But going beyond that, Samsung even offers Remote Service – this is where a Samsung expert remotely accesses your phone or TV to help diagnose and assist you in fixing the issue.

  1. Samsung Members Perks

If you are a Samsung Member, don’t forget that you also get special perks. With the Samsung Members app, you can get access to Member-exclusive discounts, contests, insider tips, customer support, and a fun Community with fellow Samsung fans. If you own a Galaxy Z Series or S Series device, you also have access to the Samsung Concierge benefits, where you’ll have a dedicated toll-free hotline with customer partners ready to assist with configuration, diagnostics, and even help with scheduling repairs. You can also secure your appointments via this hotline and can save time by skipping long lines when you visit selected Samsung Authorized Service Centers.

And if you’re worried about not having a phone while it’s being repaired, you can also request a temporary loaner unit. Loaner units may also apply to some home appliances while yours is being serviced. 

If you’re not a member yet, join the community of Samsung fans through the Samsung Members app to enjoy these services. Earn rewards by purchasing through the Samsung Online Store then track your points through the app. 

  1. Eco-Conscious Care

Aside from caring for its customers, Samsung is also committed to supporting the environment and is also providing ways to help Samsung users do the same. To reduce waste, you can have your Galaxy phone or TV repaired using Eco-Conscious Repair, which focuses on just the affected parts. With this innovative process, Samsung helps lower the cost of the parts you must buy, as well as the amount of electronic waste, while maintaining the same high level of service quality.

Samsung also offers convenient and responsible options to dispose of old tech devices via the Electronic Waste Disposal (EWD) program. Drop boxes for EWD are deployed at different Samsung Authorized Service Center locations nationwide. All you need to do is bring your mobile e-waste, drop them in the EWD box, and Samsung will take care of them for you by working with companies to take care of the last step in an environmentally friendly way. Any brand of mobile e-waste is accepted and free pick-up of unwanted appliances is also available within NCR.

  1. Skip the Line 

If your preference is to talk to a Customer Service representative face to face, Samsung also has more ways to reduce wait times! Try the Pre-booking Service and secure an appointment through Smart Q Service. Just visit, download the app, and schedule a visit at the nearest service center. You can also virtually line-up at home or on the road and get a ticket through the queuing app, reducing your wait times and allowing you to be more productive.
