Housify, a pioneering proptech startup under 917Ventures, is introducing a new feature on its platform: Housify Hub, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that offers brokers and realtors a more efficient way to manage leads and convert them to sales.

With its user-friendly interface and comprehensive suite of features, Housify Hub is set to become an indispensable tool for real estate professionals, enhancing their productivity and simplifying their sales journey.

Ina Gervasio, Housify Entrepreneur-in-Residence at 917Ventures shared, “With Housify, our goal is to empower brokers to have the tools they need to simplify their workflows and create more efficient processes for themselves, so that they can maximize opportunities for sales. Housify Hub is just one of the many tools that we have on our platform that we see can make things easier for our Filipino brokers.”

It typically takes up to 12 months to sell a property due to limited leads generated and listing duplications in the real estate marketplace being a persistent problem, with 70% often replicated across multiple platforms.

More than just a real estate marketplace, Housify features several tools that allows brokers to service their clients better and create realistic forecasts. The platform is equipped with the following features:

    • Dashboard Overview – provides brokers with a complete and clear view of all essential data. This includes available listings, various property types, and leads, enabling them to make informed decisions and manage their portfolio effectively
    • Account Management – allows for individualized account handling and the addition of multiple users
    • Listing Management – simplifies the process of adding and uploading multiple listings to the Housify website
    • Leads Management and Opportunities Management – designed for effortless upload and meticulous tracking of all leads
    • Calendar Management – ensures that brokers can efficiently track their meetings and schedules with prospective buyers, optimizing their time and maximizing opportunities for engagement and sales.

Another standout feature is “Pocket CMO,” an innovative tool that assists brokers with digital marketing executions and assets, enhancing their online presence and reach. In parallel, the “Sales Triage” system streamlines lead management with in-house property matching, ensuring that brokers receive only high-quality leads.

Housify is expected to onboard over 2,000 brokers and realtors in 2024, transforming the way real estate is sold and purchased in the Philippines. This comes at a crucial time when the Filipino millennial demographic, now the dominant workforce, shows increased interest in property ownership, further fueled by the shift to hybrid work setups and evolving financial habits.

An all-in-one real estate solutions provider Housify stands out as the first and only Broker Productivity Suite in the Philippines, catering to a growing need in the real estate market.
