Shopee PH gears up for the Christmas season with its first Shopee Mall Outlet

Shopee Philippines has set up the first Shopee Mall Outlet, where Filipinos can shop for branded products and get discounts up to 90%, as part of its preparation for the Christmas “shopping rush.”

Huiyan Pan, Shopee PH’s Head of Marketing, said that many are already looking forward to an early Christmas shopping and that the launching of their outlet this upcoming 10.10 sale will allow “more value” for money.

“I think that is where people can find great value and a wide range of experiences for Christmas shopping,” Pan said.

Filipinos can buy products with higher discounts from shops such as Beyond the Box, JBL, Puma, Casio, Havaianas, The North Face, and others.

However, with the rising prices of staple goods and costs of living, Pan assured shoppers that Shopee is committed to finding the “best” values for its consumers especially for the coming festivities.

“I think being inclusive means that–everyone, no matter what situation you’re in, you are able to still enjoy and buy products at high value discounts, amazing quality—that is something we hold very dearly especially this holiday season,” Pan added.

The Shopee regional marketing head is also confident that the spike of buyers and incoming orders for the upcoming sale days will be monitored properly to avoid the application from “crashing.”

“Definitely we will be preparing the platform for it very closely, and that is something very important to us. We want everybody to have a really seamless shopping experience.”

Last month’s sale day campaign, the 9.9 sale, Shopee spent over 2.7 million hours on Shopee Live, leading it to a 41-times increase in new users.

Shopee is one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia and is also a key contributor to the region’s digital economy.
