ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has unveiled the latest-gen Nvidia GeForce RTX 5000 Series-powered gaming laptops and desktops that promise to revolutionize the hardcore gaming experience.

ASUS Philippines revealed the price and specs of the ROG machines at a media event held on May 28 in The Vantage, Pasig City. Powered by both Intel and AMD chipsets, this comprehensive arsenal delivers unprecedented graphics and computing for gamers and power users demanding maximum performance.

ROG Strix: Setting new standards for hardcore gaming

The flagship ROG Strix series leads the charge with revolutionary design innovations that redefine what gaming laptops can achieve. The 2025 lineup features bold new chassis designs across Intel-based models, incorporating full-surround RGB lighting and introducing the industry’s first tool-less bottom panel on a gaming laptop. This breakthrough allows users to access their machine’s internals with a single button press, enabling effortless fan cleaning and RAM or storage upgrades without dealing with tools or screws.

Performance reaches new heights with up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics, delivering supercharged gaming and productivity capabilities for the most demanding titles and applications. The latest NVIDIA DLSS 4 technology introduces Multi Frame Generation, boosting frame rates by up to 8X over traditional rendering while featuring enhanced AI models for superior image quality and reduced ghosting.

The Strix laptops are available with next-generation Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processors powering the top-end Strix SCAR machines and G16/G18 models, while AMD-powered Strix G16 variants feature the latest AMD Ryzen 9 8940HX. Memory configurations reach up to 64GB RAM and 2TB storage on SCAR models, with G-series machines offering up to 32GB RAM and 1TB storage.

The Zephyrus G16 delivers exceptional power through up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics paired with Intel Core Ultra 9 285H processors, while the Zephyrus G14 combines up to RTX 5070 GPU performance with AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX370 processors. These machines represent the pinnacle of thin-and-light gaming laptop engineering, proving that portability doesn’t require performance compromises.
