Logitech G has introduced the G512 X TMR Analog/Mechanical Gaming Keyboard, a new gaming keyboard designed to be heavily customizable and adaptable to different playstyles.
The keyboard moves away from fixed, one-size-fits-all hardware and instead allows users tune and modify how it performs, depending on the game and personal preference.
“At Logitech G, we see a player’s setup as something that grows with them as they improve,” said Ujesh Desai, vice president and general manager of Logitech G. “With the G512 X, we combine craftsmanship with performance. This keyboard isn’t just a tool, it’s an extension of the gamer, giving you the control and precision to play at your best.”
The G512 X uses TMR (Tunnel Magneto Resistance) sensor technology, which allows keys to register input based on how deep they are pressed instead of just on or off. This enables more precise control in games such as racing titles, flight simulators, and competitive shooters.
It also supports dual switch compatibility and ships with analog switches, giving users flexibility to mix hardware styles. Logitech G also supports advanced customization through its software, including multi-action keypresses and adjustable trigger points.
Other features include an 8K polling rate for faster response, fully customizable dials, RGB lighting, and onboard storage for accessories like switch tools and rings.
“The G512 X is our love letter to the gamers who mod their gear as much as they mod their games,” said SM Lahti, global product marketing manager at Logitech G. “It’s a design that pushes the entire industry forward, fundamentally changing the way gamers can interact with their gear and play their favorite titles.”
The keyboard comes in different layouts and color options and is designed to pair with Logitech G’s newer gaming mouse and headset lineup.
