GCash, in partnership with Ayala Malls, launched its first-ever GCash Central Hub at TriNoma. Serving as a one-stop, physical customer touchpoint, the hub allows customers to maximize their GCash experience with on-ground assistance and services. This flagship location is the first of several GCash Hubs to be rolled out across select malls nationwide.

The launch of the GCash Central Hub marks the first face-to-face service experience. Booth visitors can get rewards when they show their GCash receipts within Trinoma merchants, cash in for free up to ₱8,000, avail of a GCash Visa Card, make bills payments, open a new GCash account, get customer service support, or learn more about GCash services.

From left: Shaena Manzano, Ayala Malls Marketing Cluster Lead; Barbara Dawn-RodriguezDapul, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager for Consumer Business of G-Xchange, Inc.; Francesca Cruz, Head of Growth Marketing of Consumer Business of G-Xchange, Inc.; and Russell Flores, Trinoma Mall General Manager lead the ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking a step forward in bringing more accessible and convenient financial services closer every Filipino.

The GCash Central Hub allows users to:

    • Instantly print and activate their GCash Visa Cards on site
    • Cash in for free up to P8,000 to their GCash wallets
    • Get rewards for GCash transactions (Cards, Tap To Pay & Scan QR)  within Trinoma
    • Explore and try out newer GCash features, such as Tap to Pay
    • Open a new GCash or GCash Jr. account with assistance
    • Qualified users get a chance to win a Hybrid BYD Seal 5 DM-i or up to P100,000 GCash Credits from the Tap it, Win it! Raffle Promo until June 21, 2026
    • Get assistance for account and app-related concerns

Soon, mallgoers can also sign up for GCash for Business if they wish to accept digital payments and offer employee disbursements. Users can also learn more about GCash services, like GLoad, GSave, GBills, Pera Coach, and many more when they visib the GCash Central Hub.

The initiative reflects the broader push of GCash to make digital financial services more accessible through both digital and physical channels. Listening to customer feedback, GCash is creating an avenue for customers to speak to GCash brand and customer service representatives face-to-face.

The GCash Hub also introduces the “3 Ways to Pay” with Tap to Pay, GCash Cards, and Scan QR, starting with Ayala Malls. Whether paying through QR, tapping their phones for faster checkout, or using their GCash Cards when there is no signal, the hub gives users a faster and more exact offline payment experience.

The GCash Central Hub pilot launches at Ayala Malls Trinoma, the first all-in-one in-person hub for payments and customer support

“With the launch of GCash Central Hub at Ayala Malls, we are turning physical touchpoints with high foot traffic into vital digital anchors, ensuring that every Filipino can get access to digital financial services and education, even in person,” said Barbara Dawn Rodriguez-Dapul, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of the Consumer Business of G-Xchange, Inc., the mobile wallet operator of GCash. “We are going beyond digital to meet our customers where they are, proving that true financial inclusion must be as resilient as the people it serves,” she added.

    Built around what users need

The partnership between GCash and Ayala Malls for the rollout of GCash Central Hub will drive users and soon onboarding for new merchants, directly at the point of sale. Mallgoers can also get instant rewards from promotions available at the hub, including ₱50 off mall cinema tickets when users spend at least ₱500  through Tap to Pay, GCash Card, and Scan QR at participating merchants.

In addition, the hub is rolling out the Tap it Win it promo for all GCash Tap to Pay users shopping at participating Ayala Malls merchants from May 7 to June 21, 2026. Customers who make a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱350 using GCash Tap to Pay will automatically earn one raffle entry per qualified transaction. There is no limit to the number of entries, giving customers more chances to win with every tap and every purchase.

The rollout of GCash Central Hub highlights the growing importance of physical support centers in strengthening digital finance access across the country. By providing customers with reliable, on-ground support during connectivity disruptions, the initiative helps ensure that more Filipinos can continue participating in the digital economy without interruption.
