TCL, a global technology company and Worldwide Olympic and Paralympic Partner, helped make the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 more immersive for athletes, fans, and broadcasters, through its innovations.

At the International Broadcast Center, the hub for global coverage, TCL supplied more than 330 TVs and 300 commercial displays, allowing broadcasters to show events in high detail to millions of viewers worldwide. In the Olympic Villages, smart home appliances provided comfort for athletes, while display systems enabled over 350 “Athlete Moment” connections, giving competitors a way to share special moments with family and friends during the Games.

“We are proud to use our innovations to bring human stories front and center on one of the biggest stages in sport,” Li Dongsheng, founder and chair of TCL, said in a media release.

The company also connected with the public through immersive experiences in Milan. Its Edelweiss Land exhibit, covering more than 500 square meters in Piazza Duca d’Aosta, welcomed more than 91,000 visitors. Attendees explored TCL’s latest innovations, including SQD Mini-LED TVs, smart home appliances, and TCL RayNeo AR smart glasses. Earlier, the “Wishes For Greatness” Winter Wonderland in Piazza del Duomo added festive, sport-themed displays, while public murals combined art, sports, and technology to celebrate the cultural impact of the Games.

TCL said it will continue its involvement at the Paralympic Winter Games from March 6 to 15. Its two Team TCL athletes, Brazilian wheelchair racer and skier Aline Rocha and para cross-country skier Cristian Ribera, will compete on the global stage, showing how technology and sports can come together to create memorable experiences for fans and athletes alike.
