Attention BPI app users! Starting February 13, 2025, the “Load E-Wallet” function for GCash and Maya will no longer be available on the BPI app.

But don’t worry, you can still load your e-wallets via InstaPay using the “Transfer to Other Banks” feature on the app:

    • For GCash: Select “G-Xchange/GCash”
    • For Maya: Select “Maya Philippines Inc/Maya Wallet”
    Step 1
    Step 2
    Step 3
    Step 4
    Step 5
    Step 6
    Step 7
    Step 8

Alternatively, you can cash in directly through the GCash and Maya apps.

For questions or assistance, contact BPI’s 24-hour Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 or visit their website.

Stay informed and update your payment routines accordingly!
