EXL [NASDAQ: EXLS], a leading data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI) and digital operations and solutions company, announced that the company has more than 1100 Philippine nurses that have obtained their U.S. Registered Nurse certifications.

We are extremely proud that as of year to date, our passing rate is at 80.82% compared with the global passing rate of 69.33%. Giving our scholars the highest chance of passing NCLEX. These milestones signify the growing impact of our efforts to cultivate a workforce adept at navigating the complexities of healthcare analytics and addressing the industry’s evolving demands.”
EXL has an established Healthcare Academy that is dedicated to learning and development programs for clinical and non-clinical employees. Launched in 2014, the program is designed to support and enhance the learning for employees, improving their responsiveness to the needs of both internal and external customers. The program aims to provide employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the dynamic healthcare landscape and ensure the delivery of exceptional services to clients.
EXL offers multiple programs including providing a pathway to U.S. licensure for registered nurses in the Philippines. The EXL Health Scholars Program provides employees with a comprehensive education, coursework and guidance to assist them in taking and passing the National Council Licensure, the standardized licensing exam administered by the U.S. National Council of State Boards of Nursing. The program also provides credential and licensing support as well as opportunities for nurses to fulfill their training hours in a hospital.
