AI-powered quality audits have significantly reduced costs and manual effort, while a procurement chatbot now handles around 1,500 inquiries each month. AI-driven personalization has enhanced customer engagement and revenue, while intelligent network monitoring has achieved 90% fault detection accuracy, reducing service restoration time by 70%. These initiatives demonstrate how equipping employees with AI capabilities helps improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and drive business performance.
