Filipinos can now request civil registry documents from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) without leaving the GCash app.
In an advisory, GCash said it has integrated PSA document requests into GLife through the PSAHelpline mini-app. The feature allows GCash users to order copies of birth, marriage and death certificates, as well as Certifcate of No Marriage (CENOMAR)
The service is coursed through PSAHelpline, an authorized partner of the PSA, which processes and delivers civil registry documents nationwide.
Based on the details in GCash’s Help Center, users can access the service by GLife within the app and selecting PSAHelpline.
To use the feature, GCash users must be fully verified and have their personal details up to date in the app before placing requests.
Fees vary depending on the document requested and delivery option selected.
PDF (electronic copy):
• Birth, marriage, death certificates — ₱300 each
• CENOMAR or certificate of no death — ₱360 each
Physical (hard copy) delivery:
• Birth, marriage, death certificates — ₱365 each
• CENOMAR or certificate of no death — ₱420 each
Physical copies may be delivered to a specified address, while certain requests may also offer a digital copy option, subject to eligibility and processing guidelines.
The addition expands the range of government-related services available on GLife, which already hosts billers, ticketing services and other lifestyle-related partners.
